Joy, You were an incredible woman and there will never be another like you! I can’t believe you’ll never tell me to shut up during a movie again or that I won’t get to eat your delicious meals. Or hear your passion about the latest soap opera drama or your amazing life stories. I had such a wonderful time growing up with you and I’ll never get over your loss, truly. You were always sincere and I always trusted your input and advice. You had such a natural ease and grace about you that I have always appreciated. I just hope you knew how much you were loved because I really loved the shit out of you. Thank you for raising the best daughters in the world and for treating me like one of your girls. I was honored to have the coolest, hippest, funniest –most real 2nd mother. I love you Joy.
